Vanilla Cream (vegan)
1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
12 oz. can full-fat organic coconut milk
1/2 cup filtered or spring water
1 vanilla bean, scraped OR 1 tbsp real vanilla extract
1/4 cup raw honey OR Ojio brand agave nectar
Celtic sea salt to taste
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill and enjoy over fresh berries.
