This colorful and delicious treat will be the hit of your holiday table.
2 bars Theo organic chocolate (plain) OR 6 oz. organic dark chocolate of choice
1/4 cup chopped nuts of choice
1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds OR Eden brand dried cranberries
zest of one large orange
pinch Celtic sea salt
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt chocolate in a double boiler over low heat until smooth. Pour chocolate onto baking sheet and sprinkle nuts, seeds, zest, and salt. Chill for about 3 hours. Remove and carefully break into pieces. Arrange on a holiday platter and enjoy.
