The truth is, taking steps to improve your health is easier than you think. Using my "add-in strategy," you can change your health, your body, and your entire life, for the better.  I know, because I was in your shoes.  I didn't grow up as a health nut, and I healed myself from a host of imbalances on the way to becoming a teacher for you.

As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering the approach that works best for you.

Most dietary approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and FREE of denial and discipline.  Nothing is off limits, and all of the choices are yours to make.  My strategy is simple, yet radically different than any other health plan I know of.  

As a client of my health coaching program, you will…

No one plan works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support YOU.  I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.  This isn't about being on a diet - you can be on a diet, or off of one - it's about your life, and you can't be off of that. Together, we can put an end to the word DIE-T and finally start to LIVE-IT.

Your program consists of:

  • Two 50-minute counseling sessions (in person, via phone/via phone/FaceTime)
  • Personal recommendations based on your specific health concerns and goals
  • Session notes and informational handouts
  • E-mail support between sessions, including scheduled “check-in day”
  • Option for renewal program at discounted price after 1 month
