Delicious Dairy-Free Artichoke Dip

1 (15 oz.) jar artichoke hearts, drained         
1 cup Eden brand butter beans
1/2 cup parsley leaves                    
1 teaspoon capers
2 teaspoons lemon zest                    
2 tablespoons lemon juice (or 1 drop lemon essential oil)
4 peeled cloves garlic                    
1/3 cup olive oil
black pepper, to taste                     
1 1/2 teaspoons Celtic sea salt

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until well incorporated.  Serve with Mary's Gone Crackers or cut veggies.
