Crispy Toasted Chickpeas

Use these delicious morsels as a snack, a healthy addition to your lunchbox, or a salad topper.  

1 can Eden brand chickpeas/garbanzo beans, rinsed
Celtic sea salt
1 tbsp. olive oil

Add olive oil to a medium frying pan and turn on heat to medium.  Add rinsed chickpeas and salt and toss to coat thoroughly.  Allow chickpeas to cook until brown, stirring frequently.  Cool and enjoy.
