Avocado Toast with Sprouts and Tomato

2 slices sesame Ezekiel sprouted grain bread
1 avocado, halved and pitted
Celtic sea salt
freshly-ground black pepper or cayenne pepper
sprouts
extra virgin olive oil
slice tomato (optional)

Toast bread and scoop out one half of the avocado onto each slice, mashing it with a fork.  Season with Celtic salt and desired pepper.  Top with tomato, if using, sprouts, and a drizzle of olive oil.  Savor and enjoy!
