Spring Warm-Up

1 bunch collard greens
1/2 lime, squeezed
1/2 cup frozen org. berries
1/2 frozen or fresh banana
1 inch piece ginger root
1 tbsp. chia seeds
2 cups spring or filtered water 

Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
