Vanilla Cinnamon Overnight Oats 

1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tsp. maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup soaked cashews

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight.  In the morning, you have breakfast!  Oatmeal can be warmed or eaten at room temperature.
