Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

This breakfast might just replace that pumpkin spice latte - you have fair warning!

1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 1/2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp cloves
2 tsp maple syrup
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Place all ingredients except nuts into a mason jar and combine.  Top with nuts, cover, and store in fridge overnight.  In the morning, you have breakfast!  Enjoy warmed on the stovetop or at room temperature.
