Homemade Almond Milk

1 cup raw almonds, soaked overnight and rinsed
4 cups spring or filtered water

Place soft almonds and water in a blender and combine on high speed until smooth and milky.  Strain through a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer, and reserve the almond meal for a bath scrub or for making Rosemary Olive Oil crackers.
