Grapefruit and Cinnamon

This 2-ingredient recipe is too simple, yet it had never occurred to me to put them together before.  Serve after a morning juice, or as a midday snack.  The fiber and cinnamon are great for curbing appetite and keeping you feeling satisfied.  Serves 2.

1 ruby red grapefruit
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Peel and halve grapefruit.  Cut each half into cubes and divide equally among 2 bowls.  Sprinkle each bowl with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.  Stir to combine and enjoy.
