Chocolate Macadamia & Fig Pudding

1 cup raw macadamia nuts, soaked 1-8 hours
3 cups fresh spring or filtered water
3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
½ cup dried figs, chopped (or pitted dates)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract OR 5+ drops SweetLeaf vanilla creme stevia
pinch finely ground Celtic sea salt
¾ cup raw chia seeds

Blend all ingredients except chia in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.  Add chia seeds and stir.  Allow to sit for up to 30 minutes, or until chia absorbs enough liquid so that mixture takes on pudding consistency.  Refrigerate or serve at room temperature.
