Raw Chocolate Brownies

2 cups raw walnuts
13 oz. date paste
Celtic sea salt
1/8 tsp. orange zest
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 avocados
1 cup raw cacao powder, divided
1/2 cup Ojio brand agave nectar or raw honey

Line an 8" square baking pan with parchment paper.  Peel 1 avocado and remove seed.  Scoop out avocado and place in a  food processor or high-speed blender along with walnuts, date paste, 1/8 tsp sea salt, orange zest, and vanilla. Press mixture into baking pan and set aside.

Puree in same food processor or blender:  flesh of 3 remaining avocados,  1/8 tsp sea salt, 1/2 cup cacao, and agave.  Spread mixture on top of brownie base in pan.  Cover and freeze pan for several hours.  Cut and serve cold.
