Coconut Goji Chia Pudding

1/2 cup homemade raw cashew milk* (or any dairy-free milk)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup goji berries
2 tsp raw unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 tsp raw honey or liquid stevia

Combine all ingredients and allow to sit for 15 minutes or more. Chill or serve at room temperature.
