Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
1/2 cup steel cut oats 
1/2 almond milk
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cinnamon 
1/4 tsp vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean scraped out
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp maple syrup
Place all ingredients into a mason jar and stir to combine.  Cover and place in the fridge overnight.  In the morning, you have breakfast!  Enjoy warmed on the stovetop or at room temperature.
