Longevity Juice

4 leaves kale
1 cup broccoli
1/2 small bunch parsley*
1 cup green grapes
1 cup brewed green tea

Process kale, broccoli, parsley and grapes in a juicer, then pour into the green tea, stir and enjoy immediately.

*During pregnancy or in cases of kidney inflammation, parsley should be avoided.
