1 can Eden brand organic chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp organic mayo or vegan mayo
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 sliced scallions
Ezekiel sprouted sesame bread
In a bowl, press chickpeas, mayo, vinegar, mustard and scallions together with a fork. Toast bread and spread mixture.
